Payment Conditions

1) A deposit of 20% is payable for all holidays starting more than eight weeks in advance or in full if within this time.

2) The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before your departure date.

3) In the event that your deposit is not received within 7 days of our booking confirmation we reserve the right to cancel your booking without reference to you.

4) Should the balance not be paid as above, we reserve the right to cancel your booking with loss of deposit.

5) Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit or full amount, (if under 8 weeks) has been received & payment cleared.

Cancellation Conditions.

6) Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges will apply: Period of notification Cancellation charge more than 8 weeks 10% of total accommodation cost less than 8 weeks 100% of total accommodation cost.

Other Conditions.

7) It is a condition of booking that you provide the number in your party.

8) Approximately two to three weeks before your departure we will forward instructions on where to obtain the property keys.

9) You may take occupancy anytime from 4:30pm on your day of arrival or earlier if agreed in writing.

10) You must vacate the apartment by no later than 12 noon on your last day which must be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

11) You agree to pay for any damage or breakage's or loss of keys howsoever caused during your stay.

12) All guests must have full travel insurance. We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance against cancellations, loss of belongings, accident. sickness etc.

13) Your occupancy of the property is entirely at your own risk and no claims may be made against either the owners or their representatives.

14) These Booking Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales.

The Booking Process

At Sandygolfers we aim to make the booking process as easy as possible, we understand there is nothing more frustrating than to find the property you are interested in is not available. We are committed to keeping the availability calendar up to date with updates performed every 24 hours; this means that if your week is showing available it is likely to be. As in every case though someone may book on the same day as you, therefore we provide an alternative date option. We recommend that you book the apartment before the flights just in case, but we will confirm availability within 24 hours.

We also have access to other properties, so if you have booked your flights and we do not have that week available we will help to get you alternative accommodation.

Process:

1) Check the availability calendar to check for available weeks.

2) Use the flights link to check that you can get flights to match the available days.

3) Fill out booking form & submit it to us.

4) You will receive confirmation that your booking request has arrived, this is automated so we may not have read the booking request at this point.

5) Within 24 hours we will process your booking request. You will receive an email confirming booking details or letting you know the apartment is not available.

6) The availability calendar will be update to a provisional booking; this will stop other people thinking the week is free.

7) We will then request payment; this will normally be a 20% deposit depending on time of booking. You will have a week to make payment before the week will be readvertised.

8) Once payment is received the availability will be updated again to make the week unavailable.

9) Approximately 8 weeks before departure we will contact you for final payment & refundable damage deposit of £100. Again you will have a week to pay before you lose your deposit and we readvertise.

10) Once the agent has checked the apartment we will refund your damage deposit We hope this is clear but if you have any queries please feel free to contact us.
